Who We Are
Jeremy Daniher
Director and Physiotherapist
With over a decade of experience in physiotherapy, I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through evidence-based care and a strong focus on movement. My approach is shaped by ongoing professional development, extensive clinical experience, and my own history with injury and rehabilitation. A background in Connect Therapy has further influenced the way I assess, treat, and educate clients.
Originally from a farm near West Wyalong in country New South Wales, I have always had a strong interest in sport and fitness. I grew up playing a variety of sports, with AFL being my greatest passion. This love of sport, combined with personal injury experience, led me to pursue a career in physiotherapy, as well as previously working as a coach with the Sydney Swans AFL Academy program.
I enjoy treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries and am particularly passionate about helping people stay active, keep running, and continue playing sport, understanding firsthand how frustrating injury can be.

I grew up in the Riverina both Ardlethan and Leeton NSW. I was always active, playing soccer, touch, tennis, AFL, cricket, and dancing. In 2017, I moved to Sydney to study a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a major in Movement Science at Sydney University. After graduating, I discovered my passion for physiotherapy through shadowing a clinic and decided to pursue a Master's in Physiotherapy at USYD. I’ve since worked as a Sports Trainer for the Sydney Swans Academy.
Nowadays you will catch me playing touch (and enjoying a beer afterwards), running, going to the gym/pilates with a buddy and dancing any chance I get!
My approach to physiotherapy focuses on solving the root cause of pain and injuries, not just treating symptoms. I’m passionate about sports injuries, looking at the whole body and strength work.
I’m a bright, kind, and bubbly person who treats clients like family, and I love learning their stories. I have a range of qualifications, including a Bachelor's and Master's from the University of Sydney, as well as specialized courses in sports medicine, kinesiology, and pelvic health

I graduated high school in 2023 and am currently in my second year of studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS, with the goal of continuing on to complete a Master of Physiotherapy.
I’ve always been a very active person and grew up playing lots of sport, especially soccer. I’ve played competitively at a high level from a young age and still love being part of a team, as well as coaching junior players.

I love meeting and chatting with everyone who comes into the clinic and am always happy to help wherever I can.

I was a dancer and gymnast growing up, which fueled my love of creativity. Alongside my role here I also work in retail and as a nanny!

I look forward to meeting everyone!
