Who We Are

Jeremy Daniher

Director and Physiotherapist

Over a decade of experience working in physiotherapy, I am passionate about working with clients and physios to help them achieve their goals.

My approach to physio has been guided by ongoing professional development, professional experience with clients and my own experience in injury and movement. A background in Connect therapy has helped broaden and guide my approach to physio and learning.

Originally from country New South Wales from a farm near West Wyalong. I have always been interested in sports and fitness and grew up playing many different sports- cricket, tennis, touch football, with my greatest love being AFL.

My love of sport and fitness along with experience of injury, led me to studying physiotherapy. I am also still involved in sport, coaching with the Sydney Swans AFL Academy program.

I enjoy treating musculoskeletal (injuries/pain anywhere in the body) and sports injuries. I especially enjoy helping people to keep exercising, keep running and keep playing sport, as I know how frustrating it can be to have to stop these things due to Injury.

Katie Halden

 Physiotherapist

I grew up in the Riverina both Ardlethan and Leeton NSW. I was always active, playing soccer, touch, tennis, AFL, cricket, and dancing. In 2017, I moved to Sydney to study a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a major in Movement Science at Sydney University. After graduating, I discovered my passion for physiotherapy through shadowing a clinic and decided to pursue a Master's in Physiotherapy at USYD. I’ve since worked as a Sports Trainer for the Sydney Swans Academy.

Nowadays you will catch me playing touch (and enjoying a beer afterwards), running, going to the gym/pilates with a buddy and dancing any chance I get!

My approach to physiotherapy focuses on solving the root cause of pain and injuries, not just treating symptoms. I’m passionate about sports injuries, looking at the whole body and strength work.

I’m a bright, kind, and bubbly person who treats clients like family, and I love learning their stories. I have a range of qualifications, including a Bachelor's and Master's from the University of Sydney, as well as specialized courses in sports medicine, kinesiology, and pelvic health

It has now been a year since I finished high school and I have just started studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS, in hopes of becoming a physiotherapist!

Growing up I played lots of sport, especially soccer! I have played soccer competitively at a high level since I was very young and continue to play in a team and coach junior teams.
